We would like to thank you in considering purchasing an amazing crystal or healing product from soul emergence. The following are our terms and conditions you need to be aware of when purchasing from Soul Emergence.
Products, Pricing & Shipping
Soul Emergence prices are always quoted in Australian dollars (AUD/AU$) shipping or delivery charges are calculated over and above the items price unless stated otherwise. Shipping is calculated using weight and dimensions of product/s, and your delivery address, shipping is not charged on electronic downloads as you can imagine. Orders are processed, packaged and posted within 2 business days after confirmation payment of order has been made.
Due to Covid 19 restrictions shipping times may vary depending on where in the world you are. There have been delays to international shipping. All our shipped items provide you with tracking numbers once they have been posted, we do not have any control over how long they take to get to you if you are overseas unfortunately. Post within Australia has not been affected too much, we are seeing some Express services take an extra day at times.
All orders are sent via Australia Post with tracking provided.

Soul emergence offers several payment options on our website, you can select from, PayPal, Square, Credit Card and Direct Deposit into our bank account. If you would like to pay via Bank Transfer here is our details:

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Soul Emergence crystal and Jewellery items are all unique. No handmade crystals or fossils are exactly the same, nor any natural crystal, rock or fossil. There can be slight colour and sizing variations may occur due to the difference with materials used, lighting at time or photography or placement of piece, and different computer screens and settings.
Items are sold as is. There are no refunds unless the product description has misrepresented the piece – please check the description and photographs for chips, scratches, etc. While we do our best to describe major imperfections on natural pieces, they are natural, so nicks and fractures do occur during their growth and creation.
We do not refund on change of mind. If you are worried about this we can send you up to date photographs for you to check to ease your mind.
Soul Emergence sends all items with Australia post satchels which use a tracking numbers. If you receive items that have been damaged in transit from Soul Emergence to you, we are happy to offer you a refund. However, you will be responsible for posting the items back to us and any costs associated. We may ask you to provide a photo of the product, in some circumstances. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We do not refund postage costs. Refunds will be processed as soon as possible after receiving the returned items and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
If your item doesn’t arrive to you, and it has been marked as “Delivered” by the Australia Post tracking services, we take no responsibility and it is up to the buyer to investigate this matter with Australia Post. We do not offer refund for orders that are marked “Delivered” by Australia Post and are claimed to have not been delivered. In this instance, it is considered a theft and authorities should be contacted regarding your mail being taken without your permission.
If you are returning your items for a refund consider using a tracking service or purchase shipping insurance when returning your items. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item without having tracking information provided to us.
